Join the Health Promotion Board’s Nurture Your Mind (NYM) programme where you will be treated to special activity-based workshops on resilience and positive thinking, how to build positive relationships with those around you and even tips on how to build positive relationships with those around you and even tips on how to boost your memory. If you like interesting activities such as finger art-printing, music and movies or even acting, this programme is for you!
Plus! As part of the NYM programme, regular game sessions with popular games like Mah-jong, Rummy-O, Bingo, A Million and Find Your Buddy will be organised. You can also join competitions and win attractive prizes! All participants will be invited to yum-cha gathering at the end of the programme where they will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the programme.
